Somatic coaching– being in the flow
Being in the flow is our natural state. The human body is in constant flow through its anatomy, its systems and energetically. We are multisensory, multidimensional and multisystem beings. We are all unique and all unique within the collective.
Exploration and journeying into the soma (body/mind) is an invitation for creativity and innovation. Directed towards new and more: pathways, possibilities, feelings, sounds, vibrations, emotions, realisations and so much more.
Our bodies are very wealthy and enable a life of whatever we choose and we get to choose all of it. There is no restriction in the body, no lack, no fear and no doubt.
Within us is bountiful, plentiful health and abundance continually in flow, that we walk in, breathe through and express through.
